DBKK gave the hours as daily 6am to 7pm. The 2.1 km jogging loop and the hiking trails were open, with some new sections still closed for construction (October 2025).

Areas still closed
When the park reopened, DBKK listed these areas as off-limits while work continued: the Botanical Centre, Commercial Plaza, Boardwalk/Lake Walk, Conservatory Park, Bamboo Corner and Herb Garden. DBKK said it is not responsible for injuries in restricted zones (Malay Mail, 24 October 2025). Some of these may have opened since, so follow the signs on site.
