Issue Reports
The "Report an Issue" feature allows visitors to flag outdated or incorrect content. This form collects the page URL, issue type, and an optional description. No personal information (name, email, phone) is required or collected unless you voluntarily include it in the description field.
Reports are processed through Web3Forms and stored in a private Notion database accessible only to the SabahGuide editorial team.
